Portuguese exam for Portugal residency and citizenship
Portuguese nationality asks for Portuguese at A2, usually proved with the CIPLE exam run by CAPLE (University of Lisbon). The 2026 nationality law reportedly adds a culture and civic-values test; we have only secondary sources for that. The CAPLE exam calendar itself is official and was read on 19 October 2026.
